Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of the order placed.

Estimated Delivery time for standard shipping is 4-7 working days from the date of dispatch. Incase of any holidays or other unavoidable circumstances this period may extend to 10-15 days.

Estimated delivery time for international orders is 15-20 days from the date of dispatch.

Estimated delivery time for express shipping is 2-3 working days.

Shipping charges of Rs.100 will be applicable on orders below 1500/- rupees.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes of buyer’s respective destination.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched, so any items delivered to a wrong party must be returned to the sender.

COURIER SERVICE

At the time of delivery of our product, we require a signature of the buyer or the person collecting it on buyer’s behalf, from there on the responsibility of the purchased goods passes on to you.

SELF PICK-UP
The product will be available for self pick up after 1 day of the order placed from our Jaipur office.

If the buyer wishes to collect the product directly then please mail us at info@twentyonejewels.com or contact us on 8686021021 (between 11 am to 7 pm) for further confirmation.

The buyer is required to collect the product within 2 days of order confirmation in case the buyer opts for self pick up.
