Delivery/ Exchange/ Return/ Refund Policy

 

While purchasing goods from us , you acknowledge and agree that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by third party.

 

Delivery/Shipping: 
Our Standard Delivery time is 3-7 Days unless it is a Pre Order and a specific timeline is mentioned on our website.
Orders with Express Shipping are delivered within 2-4 days.
If there is any delay expected in delivering your order, you will be notified about the same by our team. 
Returns and Exchanges: 
Please Note since all our items are handcrafted and we want each customer to receive an untouched piece, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items once sold. 
However,
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged piece due to a manufacturing defect or a transit damage, we will replace the item for you with a fresh piece of the same article as long as the below conditions are met : 
1) if there is any major manufacturing defect in the item and is reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
2) If the item is damaged in transit and is reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. 
Our return and exchange policy is subject to the following:
(a) In case of exchange of a defective product, the customer will be provided with a replacement of the same item within 15 working days.
Incase we are unable to do so, Customer will be provided with a credit voucher of the same amount as that of the product received defective, which has to be utilized by the customer within 30 days from the date of receiving the credit voucher. 
Defective items need to be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Customer needs to send an email to support@twentyonejewels.com with detailed pictures and videos highlighting the said defects. 
(b) Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached along with the box and package received with the product.
Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
(c) Items should be unused and undamaged by the customer. Any used product will not be replaced
(e) There is no return/exchange for an item purchased during sale or at a discounted price.
Procedure for Replacements in case of Manufacturing Defects or Transit Damages :
• Drop us an email at support@twentyonejewels.com with the details of the product you want to get replaced along with detailed pictures and videos highlighting the said defects. 
Our Customer Support Team will revert within 72 working hours.
Note:
All Photos and Videos Uploaded on the website are actual pictures of the products. However due to light, screen reflection etc there may be minor differences in colour, shade, shine etc. Also note that we use all semi precious stones in our jewelry and hence they have natural inclusions in them and they differ piece to piece. Likewise the natural fresh water pearls may have natural differences and inclusions in them which only enhances the beauty.
